Tagua Earrings

Bring a wow factor to your look. These sweet hot pink earrings will become your go to set - adding a pop of color, but lightweight and comfortable. These earrings have been handmade by an artisan that we work with on a fair trade basis to bring you the best in eco friendly jewelry - Jewelry that is respectful and kind to both the environment and the people make it.

Wear these pink earrings with something neutral to add a bright splash of colour.

We use tagua nut to make these lovely earrings - tagua is a nut grown in the Amazon Rainforest. It is sustainably harvested, dried, cut, died and polished to add significant eco flare. It shares many properties with elephant ivory: its very strong, light and takes a beautiful polish.

These earrings are 1.5 inches long (3cm) to perfectly enhance the contours of your face and neck.

Tagua nuts are a large nut harvested from palm trees that grow naturally in swamps in the Amazon jungle in Northern and Central South America. The nuts are dried, sliced, polished and dyed and used to create jewelry. Using hard seeds and nuts such as tagua helps to preserve the rainforest as it provides a sustainable, renewable and valuable alternative to mining or clearing the rainforest for farming purposes.
